Our Love or Leave it Program means: During the first 12 months after your closing if you’re dissatisfied with your home purchase for any reason, let us know, and you will get our incredible home selling system at no charge. We will list your home until it sells at the price you purchased your house. You will only be responsible for the 3% buyer-side commission during this period. In addition, in the event you’re purchasing a home, you agree to use Keaty Real Estate as your selling Broker. The “Sell for Free” is limited in nature, period, and scope. This benefit is not available to those who are being transferred due to employment. Further, this advantage is only about the listing side fees. It does not cover, include, or refer to, in any way, buyer side or buyer agent fees, such as buyer’s agent commission, closing costs, etc. We are not lenders.

4 Day, 3 Night all-inclusive Certificate: Accommodation is an all-inclusive stay. Upgrades are available for an additional cost. Does not include airfare or transportation to and from the resort. All additional charges, taxes, fees, and upgrades will be required at the time of booking. A non-refundable $20 per person registration is required with your registration form within 180 days of the issue date. You must redeem the all-inclusive within one year after your closing.
