Welcome to The Forum! We’re excited to bring you an exclusive look at the latest developments happening here. It’s March 2023, and we’re almost ready to welcome our tenants.
The Forum has been buzzing with activity as we work to bring this project to life. We’re thrilled to introduce you to the people who are making it happen. Meet Clint Walker, our project manager, and Dillon Bergeron, the superintendent here at The Forum.
As you can see, we’ve got a lot of exciting things happening here. Building A is almost ready for tenants, with the partition wall fire-taped and awaiting approval from the fire marshal. Assuming everything goes smoothly, we’ll be able to start working on build-outs within the next two weeks.
We’re also working on other buildings, including Politics, which is going up next, followed by Legends. The parking lot is set to go up in the middle of July, complete with asphalt, sidewalks, side utilities, and parking lot lights. We’re even including a de-acceleration lane for added safety.
We’re making good progress with the weather cooperating, and we’re looking good for July. Building C is particularly exciting, with sheetrock and firewall up, the ceiling primed, and the electrical work completed. The concrete slab and flooring are ready to go, and we just need to polish the floor in the next few weeks.
As you can see, there’s a lot going on here at The Forum, and we can’t wait to welcome our tenants. If you’re interested in joining us, be sure to get your plans approved by the city, and we’ll be ready to plug you in and help you make any necessary improvements.
